Provide hr support for the (insert business group or function) while partnering with cross-functional teams and leaders to broker hr services. You will actively engage in staffing, organizational development and talent management. You will utilize your hr functional expertise to align critical human resources principles with business objectives.
*key responsibilities*:
- act as a coach for leaders in performance administration and employee talent development
- design, develop, manage, and coach local hr policies, processes, and strategies
- manage and develop talent
- direct communication with employees
- conflict management & work environment problem solving
- root cause analysis to promote culture and business improvement
- monitor work environment, and create action plans to make operations more productive
- work in development and organizational design programs
- administrate and execute recruiting processes in technical and professional positions
- participate in future hr planning needs, to assure on time personnel delivery
- actively participate in local, national, and global hr projects
- updating job descriptions, hr policies and procedures
- coordinate employee evaluation process
- coordinate employee celebrations and events
- participate in gemba walk
- daily participate in tier meetings
- prepare weekly and monthly reports
- supervise hrs information systems such as: imss processes, hrs information, update employee files
*you must have*:
- bachelor's degree
- bilingual advance (english and spanish)
- minimum 3-5 years of experience
- excellent communication skills
- ability to influence at varying levels across the organization
- ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate in a highly matrixed environment
