*description*recruiting manager - early careers*the latam koch recruiting team is looking to hire a *recruiting manager - early careers* who will be accountable for the creation and development of regional early career hiring strategies while executing internship/early career programs for koch companies across the latam region. This role requires strong team collaboration and will be responsible for delivering in alignment with koch recruiting capability´s vision and strategies.*what you will do in your role*- develop and maintain relationships internally with key stakeholders to understand business objectives in order to create an early career vision and strategy that aligns business needs while incorporating insights on the talent market (e.g., demographic trends, hiring projections, etc.)- develop and maintain relationships with external universities in order to become an employer of choice and develop an integral and holistic university recruiting approach & strategy.- develop and maintain partnerships across the koch recruiting capability (recruiting managers, recruiters, employer brand and recruitment marketing), koch companies, and key stakeholders (e.g., business hr, business leaders) to partner on the workforce demand that will meet our hiring targets, communicating the early career´s strategy, initiatives, and performance metrics.- design best-in-class internship & recruiting experiences, influence, and shape future direction of latam campus talent needs according to *koch´s vision and guiding principles.*:- provide strategic leadership for the development, and execution of full-cycle university recruiting efforts aligned to latam koch´s business needs, driving early career hiring for contribution motivated employees.- lead, inspire and develop the capabilities of early career recruiters to effectively attract and select those early in their career. Provide mentorship, coaching, guidance, and career/capability development to members of your team.*the experience you will bring*requirements*:- demonstrated experience on university recruitment/early career program management; experience collaborating across multiple countries in latam is a plus.- experience with early career program management, governance, tools, and processes.- clear motivations for creating and maintaining university relations across latam markets.- significant experience influencing leaders across various disciplines, functions, and geographies.- strong analytical capability, with the ability to create, measure, and track analytics to drive decisions for the early career´s area.- fluency in english- ability to travel 30% of the time.*what will put you ahead?*- university recruiting experience across multiple geographies in mexico and other markets in latam -brazil.- experience in designing, building, and operating university recruitment/early career programs and maintaining university relationships in the past.- business portuguese.
