*about the role*:
as a sales executive officer you will be able to provide support throughout the process of the sale of acquirer services, to conclude the affiliation in the shortest possible time, and to get the use of the contracted platform started (service in post-sale) in addition to coordinating efforts so that they always keep operating and billing (sales and profitability).
*be a part of a team where you will*:
- onboarding (end to end): the sales executive officer is in charge of constantly reviewing the status of the procedures (sales, ca underwriting, implementation) for the follow-up and support in the flow of the folios generated by the sales executive. Ensuring compliance with slas
- review and follow-up of folios in implementation, verify that card affiliations present and not present are delivered to the client in compliance with the sla, as well as generate a report of completed affiliations
- never active (less than $50). Monitoring affiliations with less or no billing for no more than 4 months. Determine if it is necessary to carry out a retention task based on billing through a service call, a visit from a sales executive, and offer promotions (msi, loyalty, points, etc.)
- intensive care: follow-up of the "top" clients or most profitable clients of the division and verify that they remain in this status; in case of a decrease in billing, make a service call to detect the problem and resolve it.
- monitoring and reporting of sla times in the areas in charge of supporting the sales and divisional executive through a source of complete and updated information (monitor) that will be fed by: implementation reports, ingenico (oper view), completed reports, and not finished.
- once an affiliation is concluded, the sales executive officer is in charge of monitoring and activating them to verify the level of satisfaction of the nps customer to understand the main reasons for inactivity.

- bachelor's degree completed and/or truncated in economic-administrative areas
- minimum experience of 2 years in administrative areas
- management of office packages (basic)
