*responsibilities*:
*main purpose*
- assure process excellence and continuos improvement by centralizing, standardizing and implementing controls to ensure information integrity among all regions in pmf for transportation and fleet administrative processes.
- provide top management visibility by leading the consolidation and communication of all the national kpis related to transportation and fleet spend to facilite decision making and spend control
- manage and follow up off the transportation expenses, leading the end to end payment process, including carriers invoices, truck drivers payroll, diesel, tolls and any other invoice related to transportation operation
- assuring all the suppliers and truck drivers receive its payment in accordance to sla, to mitigate risk and deviation impacting the business operation, and looking for opportunities to automate processes that facilitate doing this processes in a more agil and efficient way
- manage $278 mmusd of transportation and fleet budget, the value realization of $21.51 mmusd productivity agenda, including actuals follow up and forecast, defining and implementing short and long term strategies to mitigate risks and deviations impacting profitability of the business.
- ensure integrity and control of administrative activities such as payments and third carriers fees alignment, collaborating with gcs controls gathering all the documentation requested
- establish network collaboration with ou´s to guarantee management spend visibility and control.
- define and implement transformation strategy for short and long term administrative processes, managing people and technology.
qualifications:

transportation & fleet:
- manage transportation payment processes ensuring fees standardization, data cleansing and implementing governance to have the right configuration, complements and routes avaibalble to support operation
- lead administrative processes transformation by centralize, standardize and implementing controls to ensure information integrity and looking for opportunities to automate processes
- lead weekly and monthly spend review with managers and coordinators to identify deviations and define action plans to mitigate risks against targets accomplishment
- manage spend and productivity fcst defining strategies and leading analytics-based intelligence that translates into efficiencies and service improvement
- facilitate decision making in top management with key highlights by leading the consolidation and communication of the national scorecard: latam sc / productivity sc / service sc.
real expense vs aop, real expense vs forecast, cost per kilo
- ensure delivery of productivity targets aligned with global framework by a close follow up of productivity initiatives and collaborating with regional leaders to identify additional opportunities
- manage aop / psp construction for spend, productivity, capex and kpi's, ensuring alignment with regional and finance teams to guarantee its right inclusion in business algorithm
- lead consolidation of producitivy plan by +$16 mmusd for méxico, $2.6 mmusd for andinos (colombia, peru y ecuador), $2.91 mmusd for soco (chile, uruguay y argentina)
