*advanced level of english required*please send resume in english*experience as supervisor or managing personnel appreciated*responsibilities*:- lead and supervise a team of account managers at our fortune facility.- act as a main point of contact for special cases that require an extra level of management.- ensures submissions and approvals are done in a timely manner.- supports training and provides coaching for direct reports.- assess and assign workloads and ensure timely submission/approvals.- organizes and documents sops and updates relevant databases.- accepts and completes tasks assigned by leadership on an as needed basis with accuracy and efficiency.- takes actions to correct errors and shares ideas about improving processes.- attend and participate in department meetings.- learn, understand, and follow departmental procedures.- flexible and positive team player.- ability to adapt to multiple projects in any given workday.
*qualifications*:- 5+ years of experience as a supervisor or manager of others.- direct relationships with major and high-level accounts are a must.- strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.- strong product knowledge in contemporary market with strong retail analysis and computer skills.- highly motivated and organized with strong leadership skills and a team player mentality.
*physical requirements*:- prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.- view and type on computer screens for extended periods of time.- sit, stand, bend, and lift.- occasionally lift items up to 15 pounds.
