*responsibilities*:
- lead and supervise a team of account managers at our fortune facility.
- act as a main point of contact for special cases that require an extra level of management.
- ensures submissions and approvals are done in a timely manner.
- supports training and provides coaching for direct reports.
- assess and assign workloads and ensure timely submission/approvals.
- organizes and documents sops and updates relevant databases.
- accepts and completes tasks assigned by leadership on an as needed basis with accuracy and efficiency.
- takes actions to correct errors and shares ideas about improving processes.
- attend and participate in department meetings.
- learn, understand, and follow departmental procedures.
- flexible and positive team player.
- ability to adapt to multiple projects in any given workday.
*qualifications*:
- 5+ years of experience as a supervisor or manager of others.
- direct relationships with major and high-level accounts are a must.
- strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
- strong product knowledge in contemporary market with strong retail analysis and computer skills.
- highly motivated and organized with strong leadership skills and a team player mentality.

- prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- view and type on computer screens for extended periods of time.
- sit, stand, bend, and lift.
- occasionally lift items up to 15 pounds.
