through our household brands, like lipton, knorr, dove, hellman's and axe, we are creating a bright future for our customers, our business, and our planet - and you can be part of it.position objectivethe plant environment, health and safety (she) - safety coordinator position is responsible to implement and administer standardized she processes to ensure compliance to federal, state, provincial and local regulations and corporate policies and procedures.what you will do:- implement she training programs and training assessments to ensure required training is identified and conducted.- conduct regular audits of she processes and necessary follow up to ensure compliance and advise plant leadership and corporate she staff of findings.- analyze injury/illness experience including ergonomics, identify/track injury correlation, determine root causes, implement corrective action and communicate this information to plant leadership and corporate she.- support new equipment programs at the concept stage to ensure that she design specifications and regulations are included.- manage routine safety reports including data acquisition, documentation, record keeping, monitoring, review, and approval.- coordinate communication of she regulatory inspection activity with plant leadership.- lead she projects to improve she key performance metrics.- support the implementation and maintenance of the plant's safety management system, fws, par and wcm safety pillar requirements.what you´ll need to succeed:- bachelor's degree in environmental, safety, engineering, science or related field- strong understanding of federal, state, provincial and local environmental regulations and requirements- willingness to work on any shift and additional hours as required- effective written and verbal communication skills- strong leadership, analytical and problem solving skills- proficient use of microsoft office suite and/or other software- enjoy working in a virtual and multicultural working environment- ability to collaborate with stakeholders (people skills)- show passion and practical creativity for innovations and changes- ability to take initiative- digital aware and capableimportant information to apply if you are a foreigner:- current mexican work visa- social security number (nss)- curp- rfc
