Job description
:
1. become an expert in insider products
2. make recommendations on supporting sales strategies, integration strategies, enterprise architectures, platforms and application infrastructure required to successfully implement a complete solution, providing “best practice” advice to customers to optimize insider effectiveness
3. proactively monitor our partners’ activities, facilitate and provide on-time and around the clock insights and solutions to the partners
4. provide exemplary pre-sales technical expertise through technical and product presentations, demonstrations, pilot implementations, and ongoing sales consultation
5. lead account services strategy in generating and developing business growth opportunities, working collaboratively with product, partner success and sales teams across various product pillars to maximize business results with clients
6. develop a deep understanding of both the customers and competitive landscape, enabling a business dialogue to be conducted with c-level contacts and their teams
7. outstanding professional, sales, and technical capabilities; comfortable supporting both enterprise (field) and inside sales teams on targeted accounts
8. demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills

9. bachelor’s degree or higher ( marketing, business, psychology, computer science, mathematics, statistics, or other related field.)

15. must be a team player - ability to interact with teammates and partners fairly, and respectfully proactive / results-driven / strong problem solving skills. Highly dependable, team player with high energy, positive attitude and with great organization and time management skills
16. masterful in delivering software demonstrations, whether in-person, or via web presentation
17. solid understanding of basic web concepts and digital marketing
18. possess "best of breed" functional sales experience that could be applied across an entire sales area in general or specific functional categories
