the following duties are typical of the position:
hiring and onboarding
1. drafting employment contracts
2. registering new employees in the company's systems
3. coordinating the delivery of work equipment and tools
incident control
1. monitoring and controlling vacations, sick leave, permits, absences, and deductions
2. handling termination processes and deregistration in internal systems
3. conducting exit interviews
employee counseling and development
1. assisting managers with staff counseling and development
2. providing assistance with the corrective action program
benefits administration
under direction and in partnership of corporate benefits team:
1. administering major, minor, and life medical insurance policies
2. annual renewal with providers and follow-up on claims and employee inquiries
3. assists with organizing, communicating, and implementing benefits and perks
4. maintaining relationships with providers and conducting internal benefit campaigns
5. providing employee support and problem resolution
policies and procedures
1. assist in drafting policies and procedures
2. updating the internal portal
organizational development
1. assist hr manager with accessing the work environment, performance evaluations, and training needs of employees
2. applying, interpreting, and monitoring compliance with nom035
3. assist with drafting job descriptions and evaluations
4. collaborating with managers on the annual salary strategy
learning and development (l&d)
under direction and in partnership with corporate l&d team:
1. coordinating ongoing l&d programs, including communication with participants and managers, organizing venues, registration and monitoring of enrollments, preparing materials, and follow-up evaluations
2. identifying and assessing training needs
3. evaluating feedback from training sessions and making improvements
4. establishing relationships with providers to meet training needs
5. participating in managerial meetings and training or safety committees as needed
what you will bring:
* bachelor’s degree in administration, industrial relations, organizational psychology
* seven to ten years (7 - 10 or more years) of related practical experience with former employers
* advanced english level
* experience with nom 035 / learning and development / talent management / organizational development
