*main responsibilities*:- acts as the primary interface to dealers/distributors regarding billing and payment issues on the accounts.
audits more complex dealer settlements and reports discrepancies to appropriate individuals.
coaches and assists the less experienced auditors with the wholesale settlement process.
identifies and communicates potential credit concerns to the credit group.
assists supervisors in the continuous improvement of the wholesale settlement auditor process.
*what skills you need*:- audits more complex dealer/distributor settlements based on published guidelines and policies.
verifies appropriate supporting documentation for credits, including floor plans, retail notes or leases, incentive bonuses, and rentals.- researches and responds to more complex problems and works on exception reports.- researches and responds to dealer/distributor requests for information and support related to systems, dealer statements, wholesale finance terms, and incentive programs.- coaches and assists the less experienced settlement auditors with the wholesale settlement process.- identifies and communicates potential credit concerns to the credit group.- assists supervisors in the continuous improvement of the wholesale settlement auditor process.
