role purpose
relationship management
* ensures a close relationship management with product teams and entities, focused on product specificities and serves as a key contact for go product teams.
* regularly collects customer requirements and feedback to ensure improvement and contribute to product roadmap.
* collaborate with the product development teams to bring business requirements of the entities.
* in synchronization with the account manager, manage and follow up product related escalations by the local entities in collaboration with the product and service delivery and service management teams.
* provide advisory & consulting (contribution/help on program/project/issues).
product lifecycle contribution – local context
* from a product perspective, understand the go & entity tech, data and security program strategy & product family roadmaps and how this translates into local context.
* contribute to identify interdependencies within go programs, go / business projects, and product families and feed into the product lifecycle process.
* in collaboration with product teams and account managers, promote go products in the entities and support the product adoption, de-commissioning and refresh where needed.
* support go / entity’s product technical debt management and escalate where needed.
* help entities to understand product licenses coverage and licenses models.
* support and explain non-functional aspects such as contractual management, target operating models, service levels and compliance requirements.
volume and price item activities
* support the account manager in the product volume alignment processes.
* work with the product teams to undertake a volume trend analysis and ensure a sanity check of the data.
* support product team(s), finance and account manager with the explanation of products price items.
