We’re looking for a well-organized, meticulous, and detail-oriented person to join our team and help organize and manage a variety of projects.
you will wear many hats. At a high level, you’ll oversee the execution and follow-up of projects within every area of the business, as well as new business endeavors. You’ll grow and scale roi on a variety of projects, and manage the execution of details. In addition, you’ll play an important role managing numerous admin assistants, marketing contractors and engaging clients and potential clients on the phone, in person, via mail, and across numerous social platforms on a daily basis.
roles and responsibilities
1. oversee outbound email marketing, ensure quality, on-brand content and quality copywriting
2. overall brand management across platforms, website, and social media for numerous brands
3. research solutions for new tools, apps, and hacks
4. help the company be more efficient and improve roi with ad spend
5. be accountable for online community management across several platforms and for different websites
6. identify, nurture and grow brand partnerships
7. document all systems and processes (sops) to implement and manage change
8. team management: manage our team of developers, graphic designers, video editors, admin assistants, and marketing team
9. bonus: if you have implemented eos in the last two years
minimum requirements
1. bachelor's degree in marketing
2. 5+ years minimum as a digital marketing manager or related with digital marketing
3. experience working for a high growth us e-commerce company
4. familiarity with the following dm assets: google ads, google merchant center, meta biz manager, press releases, shopify apps store, gmb, yt, linkedin, ig, x, tiktok, mailchimp, google sheets/drive, attentive, klaviyo, bing, google search console
5. demonstration of success in achieving roas in e-commerce
6. demonstration of marketing strategies and plans and execution with positive results
7. able to anticipate problems and solve them efficiently
8. expertise in digital marketing
9. knowledge of best practices in ads, trends, and changing online market
10. growth mindset: if you don’t know the answer or how to do something, you pursue the solution
11. highly observant and detail oriented
12. able to clearly communicate goals and motivate team members
13. copywriting and proofreading skills
digital marketing & technical know how:
1. english fluency and copywriting experience
2. shopify & klaviyo ecommerce experience is a plus
3. up to date on best practices and tools in digital marketing and ecommerce
4. manage and engage marketing contractors (paid ads)
5. knowledge of a/b testing
6. review copy and content before it is distributed
7. experience with domain reputation management, dmarc, mx records, dns, and .txt records
