we're currently looking for a*chef de cuisine*in charge of coordinating, managing, and supervising kitchen operation.
*responsibilities*:
- supervision of the processes and correct kitchen practices to ensure the quality of product, productions, dishes, and the entire satisfaction of internal and external customers.
- purchase orders for products linked to the operation (inputs and raw materials), consumables.
- development of operational and administrative strategies that generate positive changes in the business unit at the kitchen level.
- operational and personal communication with jr chefs of the different operations to generate agreements, solve conflicts, and provide support as needed.
*requirements*:
- bachelor's degree in culinary arts, gastronomy, or related field.
- advanced knowledge and experience of mexican cuisines, new cooking techniques, and sanitation standards.
- demonstrated superior knowledge of fine dining kitchen operations.
- passionate about exquisite and personalized service.
- proficiency in english (ability to handle the whole interview in english).
- ability to communicate creating an atmosphere of mutual trust and teamwork.
- proven ability to effectively lead in a variety of situations with customer needs and staff members.
