You will support the development and execution of sourcing strategies for spend categories and support the continuous improvement and standardization of the strategic sourcing processes*how you will contribute*you support spend category teams to develop and execute sourcing strategies for specific spend categories. To excel in this role, you interact with cross-functional stakeholders to manage spend and market analytics (for example, conducting "make or buy" analyses). You also generate insights from bid events, prepare supplier negotiation materials, support project execution and supplier relationship management, and drive controls and compliance.*what you will bring*a desire to drive your future and accelerate your career with experience and knowledge in:- procurement- data analytics - ability to analyze and visualize large amounts of data- supply market analysis experience preferred- project management- negotiating, influencing and building collaborative relationships*more about this role*the lps compliance monitor position *will act as a team key collaborator from the followup activities at the mty hub, to recollect & document tactical evidences, related with the supply management compliance decisions taken by the sal sides at their respective supplier categories, as well to work closely with quality & operations or more departments, exploring potential improvement activities initiatives along with them.*what you need to know about this position*:- facilitate or form a link between the local users & master shoppers & regional master shopper leads & regional spend area leaders, regarding compliance requirement needs, defined by the sourcing ownership side.- support on the maintenance of kpi operational data, with scheduled collaboration routines with local stakeholders, facilitating constant monitoring activities at each project under attack.- project management assistance at the follow up record process, by documenting each spend area leader members progress, under their supplier compliance activities in a weekly basis.- support & collaboration for indirect procurement side, regarding the fssc22000 audit requirements. (mty hub).- support & collaboration with the internal control department, attacking improvement activities together.- collaboration & actively participation over the execution of hyper care training sessions at the u.s. & mty hub sites, along with the regional master shoppers leads.- support along with key stakeholders at any other special procurement project.- support local supplier qualification assessment.- support on isn control activities
