Scrum process facilitation
- lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

2. Mandatory qualifications
education and certification
- bachelor’s degree in information technology, business, or a related field is required.
- certified scrummaster (csm), safe scrum master (ssm), pmi agile certified practitioner (pmi-acp), or any other recognized and relevant professional scrum certification is required.
- minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a scrum master or in a similar agile role.
- proven experience in leading agile teams and implementing scrum methodologies in a software development environment.
- demonstrated success in managing multiple projects and ensuring on-time delivery.
- experience with agile tools such as jira, trello, or equivalent.
Technical knowledge
- strong understanding of the software development life cycle (sdlc) and agile methodologies.
- familiarity with continuous integration/continuous deployment (ci/cd) practices.
- understanding of various agile frameworks such as scrum, kanban, and lean etc.
