Tasks and responsibilities:
- provide a fully documented service work in the associated it system, supported by service and work instructions- management of the service stock- dealing with or participating in the preparation of cost estimates- responsible to answer customer’s questions about their error descriptions or to obtain missing information- organization and processing of return deliveries and complaints- creation of sales orders due to the service process- cooperation with interface partner- organization of external transports (returns- creation and planning of service orders
