*overview*responsible for leading the construction, field services and supporting operation functions at thermon latinoamericana mexico tla.the position is accountable for successfully managing construction and field services function, projects and supporting operation activities to meet performance objectives in customer deliveries, cost, productivity, quality, hse, regulatory compliance and product stewardship.position will be based out of our office in mexico city, df located at calle alonso esparza oteo #149.

*key responsibilities and accountabilities include*:- oversee, direct management and development of construction, maintenance and field services team as per thermon's strategy.
current direct reports include 3 construction project managers and constructions field services personnel.- responsible for operational budgeting and forecasting, driving continuous improvements throughout the company, world-class safety performance and achieving results through the development of employees.- achieve the annual safety and health performance targets while ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
(company, customer, governmental, environmental).- direct involvement with the staffing and hiring of key assets necessary to create an industry-leading service, construction & operation team.- oversee and direct development of construction policies and procedures.- review projects in depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.- ensure thermon meets contractual conditions of performance.- ensure internal and external reports pertaining to project or contract status is maintained.- inspect and review projects and/or contracts to monitor compliance with the inspection test plan and quality procedures.- analyze, manage and mitigate risks.drive project execution to safely meet or exceed customer expectations while driving profitability and margin growth for the corporation.- forecast manpower requirements.- coordinate project supervision- coordination between operations, site managers, project managers and engineering- monitor and responsible for implementing project controls.- responsible for the development and managing annual construction operating budget.- oversees manpower training (supervisor training, safety, technical training, tht reporting requirements).- conduct wip reports monthly.- responsible for timesheet recording.- accountable for timely and accurate billing.- monthly project revenue and margin reporting.comply with company requirements concerning:- project completion- project cost- project profitability- change orders- customer satisfaction- reviews/participate in construction project estimating.- other as assigned by management
