Administrative manager
we are looking for an administrative manager with a strategic vision and a results-driven mindset. This role will be responsible for financial management, regulatory compliance, and administrative process optimization to ensure the company's profitability and sustainability.
key responsibilities:
1. lead and coordinate the administrative team.
2. oversee monthly and annual financial reports.
3. ensure compliance with municipal, state, and federal regulations.
4. manage risks and optimize the company’s profitability.
5. develop and monitor budgets to ensure effective cost control.
6. analyze accounting records and strengthen internal controls.
7. supervise invoicing and coordinate collection strategies.
requirements:
1. education: bachelor’s degree in accounting, preferably with a master’s in administration or finance.
2. languages: advanced english (spoken and written).
3. availability to travel: valid visa and passport required.
4. strong knowledge of accounting and finance.
5. experience in leadership and team development.
6. ability to optimize resources and ensure operational efficiency.
7. proficiency in microsoft office (advanced excel), sap, and salesforce.
8. knowledge of foreign trade operations.
9. leadership & team management – inspire, motivate, and foster professional growth.
10. time management – effective prioritization and delegation.
11. adaptability & problem-solving – ability to lead change.
