responsibilities include:
- dealing with vip customer requests, mainly over the phone, but via other online channels also.
- client account management & back office admin duties, recording, data input and reporting.
- liaising with other business units in order to ensure a consistently high level of vip service.
competencies:
- bachelor's or master's degree
- you will be working in different areas before join the vip team, to know the each departments process.
- must be flexible as weekend and shift schedules are required.
- high standard of english, second language a distinct advantage
- excellent communication skills: written and verbal
- technically aware, comfortable working with multiple it systems, databases and programs
- customer centric approach to vip clients and their needs
- solid knowledge and passion for sports and the global betting market
- results driven, highly analytical and strong attention to detail
- ability to work under pressure and a self-motivated and target driven self-starter
- exceptional numerical abilities and a head for figures, probability and percentages
- social skills, frontal communication, experience in hosting events is a plus
- must have decision making abilities.
