responsibilities
* support employees and leaders across all stages of the employee lifecycle, from onboarding through to departure, handling a variety of employee-related matters.
* spearhead efforts to boost employee engagement and retention.
* participate in performance management activities and promote a culture of ongoing feedback.
* oversee wellbeing initiatives and partner with managers to mitigate and address employee burnout.
* provide guidance on people processes and policies when automated solutions fall short.
* propel key people processes including onboarding and wellbeing, and assist with people projects and strategic endeavors.
* assist people partners with a variety of projects and tasks.
* evaluate people data to spot trends and formulate innovative solutions.
* collaborate closely with management and leadership to roll out effective programs and initiatives.
* champion and facilitate diversity and inclusion activities.
* offer hr expertise regarding feedback, employee relations, and consult with managers on performance management and retention tactics.
* collaborate with business partners to analyze hr metrics and trends, crafting effective solutions and programs.
requirements
* at least 2 years of hr experience in a dynamic, innovative setting.
* a proven passion for teamwork coupled with excellent communication skills.
* ability to handle complex and unclear situations proactively.
* keen sensitivity to the needs of both employees and the organization.
* proficiency in managing multiple tasks efficiently.
* ability to act in a coaching capacity, providing timely and impactful feedback.
* strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
* proficiency in excel and powerpoint.
* excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
* english proficiency at a b2+ level.
