Position summary: provide direct support to the publishing account executive team, sales reps, and yearbook customers by assisting them with using the company’s proprietary publishing programs, providing software support, and troubleshooting technical inquiries.
essential position functions:
1. train and learn company proprietary publishing software (e-mail, studiobalfour, encore, etc.)
2. work closely with and communicate daily with the account executive team to assist with the completion of yearbook projects.
3. use proprietary software to set up, upload files and specified content, and flow pages in preparation for the printing process.
4. respond to customer inquiries.
5. coordinate system updates as needed.
education/experience:
1. bachelor's degree in computer science or related field required.
2. experience in a similar position providing technical support.
3. advanced proficiency with microsoft office suite, adobe creative suite, and google.
4. knowledge of graphics and multimedia software a definite plus.
5. customer service/account management background.
6. english/spanish bilingual written and verbal required.
