in this role you will be part of the production unit management team, reporting directly to the plant manager and indirectly to our global business controller located in europe.you will be able to work independently receiving minimal guidance, ensuring timely reporting of the consolidated actual performance, forecasts and targets whilst supporting the operations with analysis, advice and tools to optimize performance!Basic requirements:bachelor's degreeenglish advancedexperience working in a global organizationmore than 10 years of experience in finance rolesself-driven, proactive and well organized to work with deadlinesanalytical skills and confident to question and challengestrong communication skills with all levels of the organizationcollaboration and teamwork skillsproduction knowledge & experience:finance understanding of production variancesstandard cost calculation basic knowledge (how it is built up)erp system experience (e.g.
