You perform trend analysis and prognosis for the sales market. You are responsible for the financial reporting within expansion in the sales market. You are driving risk management in the sales market. You work with all brands and you support the collaboration in your local expansion functionkey responsibilities include:- set and implement controlling routines and strategies in the sales market.- ownership of all relevant market data, securing accuracy and relevance.- perform and support key analysis on major kpis (roi, rent levels, square meter-selling, net investment, operational costs, etc.).- you monitor and review sales, surplus, operational costs, and capex for your market.- prepare ad-hoc analysis and business cases to evaluate current and future business opportunities.- analyze trends and deviations versus budget/targets and draw conclusions on how to improve the result.- ownership of all budgets presented for projects and annual budgets for leasing and c&f.- secure monthly, quarterly and annual reporting requirements to local, regional and central function for capex and opex.*qualifications*_and as a person we believe you have the following qualities:_*- at least 5 years of controller experience.- you have good knowledge in expansion strategy, leasing and construction & facilities.- ability to lead analysis projects.
