Position summary
provide personalized service and attention to fulfilling all guest needs including but not limited to:
1. delivering coffee and tea upon request.
2. preparing notes of new arrivals to communicate important preferences to the entire hotel operation.
3. coordinating with the front desk to prepare the vip rooms.
4. checking the room key and double-checking if every detail meets the guest's expectations.
5. escorting early arrivals and being present upon the guest's check-in to anticipate their needs.
6. completing the butler flags entered into local systems by reservations, sales, and other departments.
7. sending pre-arrival emails.
8. working closely with the guest services and engineering departments on requests.
9. picking up laundry requests from guests and following up on laundry delivery.
10. returning laundry to the guest promptly.
report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the manager. Follow all company policies and procedures, ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets.
