duties and responsibilities
* a call center recruiter's main goal is to efficiently and effectively fill open positions. They develop local recruiting plans using traditional sourcing strategies and new, creative recruiting ideas. They also may test applicants and extend job offers. Network through industry contacts, trade groups, social media, and employees.
* research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
* contact candidates to provide information of the positions and follow up in the different recruitment sources
* screen applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements
* manage daily report of the candidates interviewed
* develop and execute recruiting plans
* develop and track goals for the recruiting and hiring process
* coordinate and implement recruiting initiatives
* handle administrative duties and recordkeeping
* work with hiring managers to complete hiring process
requirements
* recruiting and interviewing skills
* minimum 3 months of seniority at gga solutions
* available to work on site, in puebla
* be fully bilingual
* excellent communication skills with a strong customer focus
* no tardies or unjustified absences in the last 30 days.
* bachelor's degree preferred
