*purpose*:medtech supply chain quality staff engineer will lead implementation of quality excellence programs across medtech quality to drive growth, delivery, quality, and cost improvements.
they will be responsible for implementation of the process improvements, efficiency projects, procedures simplification, introduction of new technologies and establishment of new business operating model involving multiple sites and functions.
they will interface with various cross-functional stakeholders and will coordinate and execute internal & external improvement opportunities.
they will lead process improvement implementation in achieving target outcomes which includes chartering, metrics identification, planning detailed schedule, milestones, risk identification & mitigation of risks including coordinating and execution of change management and communication plans.
through stakeholder interfaces, they will capture and translate customer insights into solutions including conducting internal and external benchmarking in surfacing best practices for adoption.in addition to implementation of quality excellence programs leveraging process excellence tools & methodologies, they will be responsible for building and coaching local teams on adoption of new practices and skill that will help sustain improvements.
