as hr manager you will lead and manage the human resources function at gates *toluca *plant, provide support, feedback and coaching to plant and human resources managers.
in conjunction with gates corporate standardize human resources policies and procedures in the country, oversee compliance with gates values and the country's labor laws, as well as compliance with training and training in accordance with the federal labor law. Must ensure that communication and the work environment within the plant is adequate, in case of any non-compliance act in a timely manner and must report relevant information to the plant management.
