key responsibilities:
1. orchestrating internal and external multi-functional stakeholders to define, validate and refine product vision, strategy, definitions and roadmaps.
2. alignment with is/it governance.
3. opco stakeholders/receivers management and alignment. Attend their qor, mor, and wor as necessary.
4. collaborate with receiver on strategic applications/technology roadmap.
5. align with globe portfolio management on the needs of the opco's mbs/stakeholders/receivers.
6. represent the opco in discussions with globe portfolio management.
7. facilitate and coordinate the availability of functional resources/super users to provide business requirements, test/accept solution, and handle end-user change management activities (including training). This covers leverage requests, enhancements, innovations and globe deployments.
8. ensure project deliverables are tracking to plan.
9. represent opco's interest on steering committees.
10. escalate items not getting appropriate attention including nbe approval, projects, and issues.
11. maintain prioritized list of projects, brs, and critical issues.
12. ensure su network is receiving the necessary learning/training.
13. support merger, divestiture, and acquisition (pl1 to pl5).
14. manage and prioritize all new requests with receivers.
15. ensure new renovation/enhancement requests are being prioritized each month.
16. provide assistance completing the nbe business case for each new br. If needed, marshal support from opco functional leaderships to help push brs through nbe approval.
17. ensure renovation requests are delivered as planned based on the priority identified by the receivers.
18. responsible for raising enhancement requests to improve the framework to meet the need of new requests.
19. participates in the is/it governance processes that enable prioritization across multiple options.
20. supports the business governance processes (e.g. automation that would remove business headcounts or drastically impact business ways of working).
innovate/deploy:
1. own the development of any globe deployment roadmap.
2. ensure sun resources are available to perform the tasks identified for them in the master project plan.
3. responsible for ensuring globe is working on new functionalities to replace legacy solutions.
4. responsible for deploying the framework throughout the opco/gmb. This will include receivers or super users who have advanced knowledge in the technology being used.
5. responsible for providing resources to participate in defining requirements for a new framework.
6. prioritize issues as viewed by the receiver.
7. understand p1/p2 root causes and how they will be prevented.
8. provide insight into business disruptions caused by unplanned outages.
9. coordinate crisis management and communication during p1/p2 situations.
10. responsible for the support of the solution created inside the freedom in the box framework.
11. responsible for ensuring issues in the globe framework "the box" are being resolved within the specified timeframe.
12. accountable for ensuring all applications within their product are delivered and maintained secure and compliant with internal standards and external regulations, including privacy requirements, business continuity plans etc.
13. understands the business risk appetite and delivers applications within that acceptable risk level.
14. responsible for translating the business risk appetite into requirements for the full product stack.

required profile:
1. bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in computer science or a field related to the product.
2. demonstrated experience in a product-based is/it organization.
3. 6+ years experience in is/it (e.g. Ba, pm, etc.).
4. proven track record of taking ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
5. proven track record on trade promotion management.
6. proven track record on strategy revenue management.
7. proven track record on revenue growth management.
8. experience with effective communication at different levels in the organization and in english.
9. experience working in a global environment and with virtual teams.
