our client is looking for a 360 recruitment specialist with a passion for it or renewable energy recruitment to drive business growth and talent acquisition. In this role, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment, including business development, client relationship management, talent sourcing, and placement. If you thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment and are eager to take ownership of your success, this role is for you!
key responsibilities
business development:
identify and engage potential clients within the it or renewable energy sectors, building strong and lasting relationships.
develop and manage client accounts, acting as the primary point of contact (poc) for designated clients.
conduct intake and job qualification calls independently.
talent acquisition:
source, screen, and place high-caliber candidates, ensuring a seamless recruitment experience for both clients and candidates.
experience sourcing candidates for u.s.-based positions and clients.
deliver high-quality, niche, and in-demand talent within the energy, power, utilities, renewables, electric vehicles, trading, and clean tech industries.
manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including:
process management
closing and offer negotiations
market expertise:
stay up-to-date with industry trends, talent demands, and emerging technologies within it and renewable energy to provide insightful recruitment solutions.
build strong relationships with candidates, deeply qualifying their experience and career goals.
client & candidate management:
ensure effective communication and coordination between clients and candidates.
manage interview scheduling and feedback processes with urgency and professionalism.
provide guidance on salary expectations and offer negotiations.
performance & target achievement:
work towards and exceed set kpis, driving revenue and contributing to the company’s overall success.
expected to spend 10-20 hours per week on the phone with candidates and possibly clients.
requirements
qualifications & skills
proven experience of at least 5-10 years as a 360 recruitment consultant, ideally within it or renewable energy.
strong business development skills with a track record of securing new clients and growing existing accounts.
exceptional sourcing and headhunting abilities, with experience using linkedin recruiter and other talent acquisition tools.
excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
ability to work independently in a remote setting while staying proactive and results-driven.
experience working within the usa market is essential.
ability to confidently qualify candidates at all levels of seniority.
experience managing client communication, chasing feedback politely, and closing candidates during the offer process.
ability to coordinate interviews effectively, maintaining urgency.
preferred experience
construction or project management recruitment experience (at manager+ level).
handling high-volume placements with salaries above $120k.
director and vp-level candidates preferred.
experience in energy, power, utilities, renewables, electric vehicles, trading, and clean tech preferred.
manufacturing experience could be beneficial for specific projects.
