Digital systems analyst, customer experience applications at clarios?This it role partners with it and business leadership to support and enable the new customer experience strategy and goals across our global landscape.how you will do it- be a strategic it partner who supports business strategy development and helps drive business value results through digital technologies such as websites, mobile apps, marketing automation, learning management solutions, etc.- provide system design to support successful strategic alignment/prioritization between business stakeholders and it related organizations, as well as a thorough understanding of company business processes.- analyze existing websites for usability, performance issues, seo and google analytics potential- oversee the overall web architecture and guide the development teams for website, mobile, social media apps and integrated tools- troubleshoot technical issues, assist in identifying the source of the problem and drive to remediation- serve as a liaison between the business analyst and the development team to deliver design solutions- manage the development process by working with programmers, designers, and other team members- working with leaders to define success measures & metrics
