Strive for better quality talent to be acquired in a quicker time frame to support business commercial objectives.*key responsibilities*:- identify and coordinate innovative recruitment sourcing strategies for open positions; - coordinate the face toface interviews and online psychometric tools, where appropriate, with the hiring managers and co-ordinate the offer management process to successfully hire great talent with the organization; - support and coach morejunior ta members to be the best they can be in conjunction with stakeholder management at senior level within the organization; - manage in-country escalations to vice president and lt members related to recruitment; - engage with key in-country stakeholders monthly to review recruitment management information on related key performance indicators (kpis).*required profile*:- university degree.
