*community manager*mediamonks is on the lookout for a community manager.
you'll join a special task force to help manage the successful delivery of digital advertising assets for one of the biggest brands in the world.
*role & responsibilities*- conversation moderation based on a previously designed plan.- preparation of conversation reports (at a basic level).- use of sprinklr, for the management of the social platforms of the brands.- detection of new opportunities or improvements in responding.- collaboration with the creative team for the development of content pieces.
*requirements*:- proven work experience as a content creator, community manager, copywriter or similar role- + 2 experience in community management, having a proven track record in defining- personality and tone of voice for a brand/product and interacting with the community- digital knowledge- experience in managing brand's social media channels- interact with the community to create a healthy environment- identify customers' needs and recommend new topics- highly creative, imaginative and curious about clients' products or services- excellent written skills (grammatically correct copy)- communication skills- collaborative skills (work well in a team and with a range of creative people)- organization/manage workloads effectively- understand marketing initiatives, strategic positioning, and target audience- stay on top of all trends and maintain best practices, particularly digital & social media- collaboration across different teams- bsc in marketing, english, journalism or relevant field*take our service level to the next level*#li- ts1*:li-hybrid*about media.monks*:media.monks is on a mission to create a new future for this industry.
