about the role - ingenics is seeking a dynamic and experienced logistics and supply chain project manager to lead a project, which focuses on establishing a new production line for cab in white. The ideal candidate will oversee end-to-end project management, ensuring efficient equipment procurement, material flow calculation, and plan for every part (pfep) development tracking. This role requires strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills to ensure the successful and timely completion of the project.
responsibilities
1. project management: develop and execute a comprehensive project plan, ensuring alignment with all stakeholders and timely execution.
2. tip tracking: implement and monitor a structured tracking system for technical improvement plans (tips), ensuring progress transparency and timely issue resolution.
3. progress tracking: establish key performance indicators (kpis), utilize project management tools, and provide regular updates on milestones and deliverables.
4. daily meetings: lead stand-up meetings to track progress, address concerns, and ensure team collaboration.
5. management reporting: prepare and present bi-weekly reports to senior leadership, highlighting achievements, challenges, and upcoming milestones.
6. equipment procurement: oversee the procurement process, ensuring timely delivery and installation of equipment.
7. material flow calculation: analyze and optimize material flow within the production line to maximize efficiency and reduce waste.
8. pfep development tracking: manage and update plan for every part (pfep) documentation to ensure accuracy and consistency.
9. shop address updates: maintain accurate shop address records and update documentation to reflect the new production line setup.
qualifications
1. bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, engineering, or a related field.
2. minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or manufacturing project management.
3. proven track record in leading large-scale manufacturing projects, preferably in an automotive or industrial setting.
4. strong knowledge of material flow optimization, procurement, and pfep development.
5. proficiency in project management tools (e.g., ms project, sap, or similar software).
6. excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
7. exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
8. ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
9. strong leadership.
10. strong analytic skills.
11. international project experience desirable.
12. english business fluent is a must.
