* identify and engage prospective clients: conduct thorough research and utilize social selling strategies to discover and connect with potential clients.
* drive revenue growth: organize and attend qualified meetings to build a strong sales pipeline and achieve revenue targets.
* serve as a subject matter expert: gain in-depth knowledge of our certification program and effectively communicate its benefits to potential clients.
* build relationships with hr leaders: network and establish strong relationships with senior hr professionals to advocate for our certification services.
* collaborate with marketing: work closely with the marketing team to support events, follow up on digital leads, and increase brand visibility.
* meet sales targets: consistently achieve or exceed new business acquisition goals.
* develop professional networks: proactively initiate contact with key hr decision-makers and build a robust professional network in the region.
perfil del candidato
* education: associate's or bachelor's degree (or equivalent).
* 2-5 years in sales, preferably in hr technology, hr services, or saas, with a proven track record in new client acquisition.
* sales skills: proficient in preparing for meetings, conducting needs analyses, delivering persuasive presentations, and managing objections.
* negotiation skills: skilled in preparing offers, negotiating terms, closing deals, and ensuring long-term agreements.
* communication skills: confident in delivering formal presentations and engaging in one-on-one discussions about our services.
* language proficiency: fluent in spanish and english, both written and spoken; additional languages are advantageous.
* travel availability: willingness to travel for conferences, client visits, and company meetings as needed.
