Supervisor will be charge of a team of around 9 to 14 employees(salary)
- manage work to assure deliverables are met on time with quality as defined in sla's and kpi's.

- coordinate and to assign activities to gbs mfg engineers and analysts to maintain the best service levels.
- process customer requests, while ensuring that all transactions conform to gm accounting standards
- execute common and streamlined work process across the department and other impacted areas

- monitor team development, training and track team maturity.
