.we are seeking a *senior java full-stack developer* to join our dynamic team and contribute to the development, delivery, and maintenance of our telephony, ivr, and various internal tools.technologies- java, amazon web services, spring boot, kotlin, react.js, rest, graphql, cucumber, selenium, docker, kubernetes, git, jenkins, kibana, datadogresponsibilities- lead an engineering team to build, operate, streamline, and maintain essential tools to meet evolving customer needs- focus on planning and management with mínimal time spent hands-on implementing technical projects- partner with product and design counterparts to understand requirements, solve business problems, craft roadmaps, and manage development from conception through delivery and ownership- create and maintain accurate project schedules, driving tasks to completion- ensure delivery commitments are met through effective sprint planning and daily standups- hire, mentor, coach, and retain a collaborative, best-of-class engineering team- foster career growth and a strong team culture of inclusivity, product ownership, quality, technical and operational excellence- ensure personnel have appropriate skills and behaviors and effectively communicate performance results- conduct quality inspections, walkthroughs, architecture review, design review, code review, and security review to ensure compliance with standards- demonstrate leadership in mentoring, establishing documented standards, and setting professional examples for the team*requirements*:- bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of relevant work experience- excellent communication skills with proficiency in working collaboratively across teams- expertise in leading technical designs and implementation of highly scalable systems- knowledge of api ecosystem, micro-services architecture, cloud-native, and distributed computing- background in aws (iam, eventbridge, kinesis, cloudwatch, sqs, s3)- proficiency in java backend (spring boot, spring data, spring cloud), sql, datadog- competency in frontend development using react
