grodan is the horticulture division of rockwool group and the global industry leader in advanced stone wool growing media solutions, advice and support tools for professionally controlled environmental agriculture.
this is the role
as a commercial account manager you will develop and maintain relationships with clients and strategic partners within the greenhouse industry with the objective of nurturing and building sales within the hydroponic vegetable market.
you'll report to the v.p.
of north america.
based from home, you'll enjoy traveling up to 50% of the time across mexico.
you'll work closely with a talented team of supply chain, customer service and marketing professionals that make up grodan's north american operations.- develop and foster strong and effective relationships with primary responsibility for generating new clients, dealers and important influencers.- identify opportunities, formulate strategic goals and market approaches and create sales action plans-
- achieve budgeted sales goals (invoiced sales, price increases, ebit and market share)- manage existing accounts- maintain and update crm (customer relationship management) software on a regular basis, ensuring accuracy and completion of all data- remain current in market knowledge, update and give pro-active feedback regarding new developments and opportunities.- identify and report progress regularly and discuss threats, opportunities and corrective actions- ensure accuracy of all orders
