*main activities*:- lead business partnering for the credit function with the aim of maximizingreceivable turnover results (dso) and minimizing cost of receivable (past due/bad debt)- communicate regular updates to the global credit function leader and global strategic credit manager regarding specific businessissues/activities in the region (escalate cashflow concerns and complex customer support needs)- monitor and analyze key performance indicators and communicate results to stakeholders- oversee portfolio risk management through high risk / high value customer escalation, credit risk modeling, and credit insurance / trade finance management- manage growth programs by aligning business and credit segmentation, and overseeing on/off balance sheet customer financing and customer-initiated supplier financing- drive ar productivity by promoting initiatives according to overall corporate targets, including segmentation based on terms optimization, past due targeted programs, customer terms management, and corporate ar securitization- take ownership for business alignment regarding customer treatment strategies ensuring close coordination for execution with other functions in the region (e.g.
treasury, business finance, sales, hr, and customer service)*requirements*:- bachelor's degree or master's degree in accounting/finance or accounting professional equivalent- prior experience in credit or risk management (a must external/optional internal)- experience in effective team leadership and project management- excellent organizational skills, including time management and task prioritization- extensive experience in relationship and stakeholder management- superior ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across a global, matrixed company- proactive, self-driven person with strong problem-solving skills and a team player- commitment to ethics and integrity in an organization- advanced level of englishfor our u.s.
