the opportunity
• lead merchandising operations team to assure correct planning and control of production & logistics for exhibition materials (temporal racks & pop materials) according to sales initiatives (dts). Assure initiatives fulfillment, in order to achieve the sales plans, $1600mm net revenue.
• ensure the correct administration of the operations budget dts (production & logistics) in order to reach productivity objectives established within the merchandising and procurement area.
• maintain high quality service levels and create efficiency by the administration and control parcel provider with a low cost, right strategy, and quick flexible response.
your impact
as sc planning and logistics merchandising analyst, your functions would consist of:
1. manage the production control along with 14 suppliers alignment for the fulfillment of the delivery programs of temporary exhibition racks according to the sales initiatives.
2. lead and advise the weekly report results of deliveries for temporals racks and initiatives to the execution support, sales channels, regionals, and design teams.
3. advise merchandising channel managers on channel operation process compliance.
4. execution support pmf in order to design new projects to generate economic and environmental benefits.
5. information and consolidation analysis in order to give a clear strategy for procurement team negotiations.
6. ensure the logistics operations with the 3pl “fedex” and the logistics provider.
who are we looking for?
* bachelor degree in business administration, international trade, industrial engineer or related.
* advance english (written and speaking skills).
* minimum 1 year of experience in administration and proper management of logistics operations and multifunctional teams.
* experience in problem analysis and project management.
* basic knowledge using: power bi, sap, and wms.
