as maintenance planner engineer you’ll be responsible create and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance plans, as well as analyze data among other activities.

this position interacts on a regular basis with both internal and external individuals at many levels of the organization - peers, professional and direct labor levels - at molex and suppliers. (manufacturing services, quality, other production plant personnel, suppliers, procurement, finance)
what you will do:
1. collaborate with different groups within the production area and throughout molex to support all manufacturing operations and achieve plant metrics/goals with the best cost-effective approach.
2. lead the maintenance budget preparation, based on cmms/sap
3. monthly report. Establish and track costs for each piece of equipment and each completed work order.
4. develop scheduled preventive maintenance for the plant equipment.
5. planned and scheduled long and short-range outage activities.
6. anticipated and eliminated potential manufacturing delays by planning and coordinating all aspects of manufacturing pm process including manpower, parts, equipment, and material.
7. balanced weekly output requirements with need for reliability and proactive maintenance.
8. work with process management and materials planner to perform maintenance and not interrupt the production process.
9. use sap to plan and schedule maintenance routines to keep the production process running.
10. served as superuser for the sap plant maintenance module.
11. responsible for reviewing prioritized work orders and evaluating them for planning and/or scheduling process application.
12. understand, support, and contribute to molex international standards organization (iso) and environmental, and/or health and safety (eh&s) management systems by following stated policies and procedures.
who you are (basic qualifications):
13. bachelor’s degree degree with expertise in maintenance.
14. good experience in similar position.
15. experience in sap maintenance.
16. hands-on experience of plant utilities and manufacturing equipment.
17. experience with 5 why’s and ishikawa (fishbone diagram)
18. english fluent.
19. knowledge statistical and engineering methods to implement preventive and corrective actions.
20. knowledge of maintenance methods and processes for molding and assembly equipment.
21. ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings.
22. proficient computer skills. Experience with spreadsheet, presentation, and word processing software
