*job duties and responsibilities*:- coordinate and manage all aspects of event planning from inception to execution, ensuring the timely completion of tasks and deliverables.- collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to align event objectives with overall company goals.- create and manage budgets for each event, ensuring that all expenses are tracked and reconciled accurately.- develop strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to secure the best possible service and pricing.- lead and supervise the event team, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure their growth and development.- implement event best practices and processes, proactively identifying areas for improvement and streamlining workflow.- ensure events are executed in compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and policies.- communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure a seamless event experience.- complete additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned.
