*essential responsibilities of the function*:to ensure both functional and technical first level support to end users within fcs domain worldwide and facilitate the proper escalation with complete documentation to upper support levels when incidents or requests can't be cosed regarding sd/mm modules in sap.
*main duties*:- the l1 fcs functional support team is the first line of functional and technical support for end users and key interface between them and the l2 fcs regional support tems.
working in close relanthioship with helpdesk and fcs l2 regional teams to improve the time to resolution.
*the main missions are*:- performs fcs 1st level end-user support.- actively contributes to improve the quality and efficiency of the sap support chain- contributes to continuous improvement and promotes better usage of fcs standards- contributes in improving the fcs support chain collaboration actively with fcs l2 and l3 support teams- identify lack of knowledge areas and inform users about fcs training catalogs and documentation.
*qualifications*:- knowledge in erp basic functions like sales, purchasing, manufacturing, logistics, finance and controlling.- mandatory knowledge in sap - sd/mm module- 2+ years overall experience in sap- basic business knowledge in automotive industry processes like edi and customer flows*skills and competencies*:- good communication and expression skills in a international environment.
written and oral- team-oriented, collaborative environment- problem solving skills, with the ability to describe and document clearly the issue- strong customer focus- international mindset- native language and advanced english.
