This position leads and execute data analysis and business intelligence activities focusing on the cemex go online store, to support and provide a superior customer experience.
this role also enforces self service and support data governance as well as looks for re usability of data models, data sets, and support accessibility of data sets and at the same time provide insight for business intelligence decisions.
*main responsibilities*:
- support product management evolutions based on data modeling and generation of new offerings.
- assess the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and data gathering techniques.
- analyze data generated by cemex go and support key business decision making to increase adoption and customer experience

*qualifications*:
- language proficiency: spanish and english (advanced - c1 or equivalent)
- required: academic background: data scientist, data engineering or similar.
- years of experience: 0 - 2 years in data architecture, data management & data modeling domain, data management, data warehouse, data services, etl, data bases, in memory computing, mdm, data hubs, data lakes, semantic layers.
- capable work under constant change conditions and understand the interaction between internal process & business outcomes, focusing on customer experience.
- soft skills: self learning, resilience, data driven, public speaking, stakeholders management, time management, presentation skills, excel, customer centric
- desire:
