here's what you need to have to become a part of us!:
* graduated from a systems or it related field
* at least 3 years of previous experience as software / applications developer
* highly proficient in microsoft business applications (power bi, power apps, etc), as well as excel (pivot tables, vlookup, formulas, etc)
* data driven, analytical, detail oriented
* desirable previous experience in plant operations / manufacturing environment
* previous experience managing quality management systems (preferred)
impact and opportunity:
you will support the implementation of system applications to drive digital transformation.
what will be your daily activities?:
* translate and develop core prioritized quality & operational system business processes into simple, usable, complete (slc) low-code applications that add value, improve communication and reduce waste.
* support slc applications development through the creation of overall system requirements, ensuring business objectives are understood, planned and executed.
* integrate slc application development with it, ensuring integration and compliance with the company's data, security and confidentiality.
* support the integration and optimization of all merger and requisitions qms it applications.
* support defect fixes within slc applications focusing on customer satisfaction and timelines.
* monitor slc application use and develop plans to increase user acceptance.
* lead and manage the training plan, schedule and execution of applications or solutions built for all gentherm locations, developing training modules as needed within the slc applications.
* identify process deficiencies and gaps proposing process changes and solutions to close gaps: creative conceptual thinker.
