education :
bachelor's degree in electronics, computing, industrial engineering, mba, or equivalent work experience, preferable in a large, international corporate manufacturing environment. Process improvement and reengineering experience is required. Excellent english speaking and comprehension skills are essential.
pmi certification is a plus.
apics, six sigma, or other certifications are a plus.
experience :
* responsible for project management of multiple projects within the it global business service team, focusing on specific business areas or functions.
* projects will involve business process change and it aspects, targeting productivity improvement, cost reduction, total cost of ownership reduction, and/or compliance enhancement.
* work closely with business stakeholders and become a trusted advisor in technology, solutions development, and process improvement execution.
* collaborate cross-functionally to support successful execution of all approved projects and report progress regularly.
knowledge :
* strong project management skills with proven ability to influence and work with cross-functional teams.
* excellent systems acumen, preferably with it and oracle experience.
* proven record in identification and delivery of process improvement.
* experience or exposure to key business functions in an international or complex business environment.

responsibilities:
* manage multiple projects simultaneously, working closely with business and ipm to identify, evaluate, prioritize, and schedule potential new project work.
* take ownership and demonstrate clear leadership of assigned projects, ensuring compliance with it governance processes.
* effectively communicate project expectations, progress, and status to the project team and management.
* contribute to and maintain a standard governance, project management life cycle (pmlc), and direct charge methodology.
* achieve successful on-time execution of project deliverables through personal leadership and coaching support to team members.
* become a subject matter expert in specific project processes to enable closer partnership between it and business.
* prepare detailed analysis and documentation to support knowledge transfer and sharing.
* work environment: normal office environment with periodic international travel required.
