- engage with customers through online chats, calls, and social media platforms
- guide customers through the website, explain product offerings, and assist with completing online purchases.
- provide detailed and accurate responses to customer inquiries, avoiding one-word answers.
- study the company's product catalog, pricing, promotions, and brand to provide tailored recommendations.
- experience_
- bilingual (spanish and english).
- 6+ months in a related sales or customer service role.
- experience with e-commerce or online sales platforms is a plus.
shift schedule: m - f 9 am - 7 pm est ( 1 lunch hour + 2 breaks)
