Club feast is a corporate catering platform that connects restaurants with companies, providing food-as-a-benefit services. We are a rapidly growing business, and we are looking for a head of call center to join our team. We are seeking a highly responsible, experienced, and motivated individual who has a passion for customer service.
*responsibilities*:
- leading and managing the call center team, ensuring quality customer service is maintained
- developing and implementing processes and procedures to improve the call center’s efficiency, quality of work, and customer satisfaction
- working closely with the operations and sales teams to address customer needs and issues
- handling escalated calls and ensuring resolutions are provided
- analyzing call center performance metrics and implementing action plans to improve performance
- maintaining a positive and professional work environment for all call center employees
*requirements*:
- a minimum of 5 years of experience managing a call center
- excellent communication skills, both written and oral, in english
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes quickly
- strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- a customer-centric approach to problem-solving and decision-making
