genpact the worldwide company, is looking for a trainer specialist for our operations for american citizens therefore we look for advance english speakers with previous experience in call center;
we are looking for a *business analyst (rta),* whose objective is to _support management from an operational, analytical and tactical standpoint_, by handling stakeholder requests, solving team's questions, auditing and controlling different activities from colleagues on the operations floor, along with running reports, maintaining files and leading continuous improvement initiatives.
*responsabilities*:
- perform case quality review in a daily basis.
- ensure adherence to the activities described on the global operational assessment procedure
- pull and distribute hub reports
- communicate with loc client whenever necessary
- lead and perform calibration in end to end perspective
- work along supervisor supporting the operational health assurance of the team (time breaks, quality level, slas management and genpact policies in the floor)
*qualifications*:
- high school diploma
- proficient english level
- office knowledge
- experience is desirable in insurance industry
- 1-4 years’ experience in contact centers
