*:- bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.- proven experience (3+ years) in influencer marketing, preferably in the edtech industry or tech field in general.- in-depth knowledge of the *brazilian tech industry* landscape, key influencers, and emerging trends.- excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to effectively engage and persuade influencers and stakeholders.- strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and insights to drive informed decision-making.- familiarity with social media platforms, content creation, and preformance marketing tools.- ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.- strong organizational and project management skills, with a keen attention to detail.what you will do: - develop and implement a comprehensive influence marketing strategy to increase practicum visibility and attract potential students to the bootcamp.- identify, research, and evaluate relevant influencers, industry experts, and thought leaders in the tech space, both locally and nationally, to form partnerships and collaborations.- build and maintain strong relationships with influencers through effective communication, outreach, and personalized engagement strategies.- collaborate with influencers to develop and execute impactful content, including blog posts, social media campaigns, videos, and other creative materials to promote the bootcamp.- monitor and analyze key performance metrics and track the effectiveness of influence marketing campaigns, making data-driven decisions to optimize strategies and maximize roi.- stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for influencer partnerships and maintain a competitive edge.- coordinate with the marketing team to align influence marketing efforts with overall marketing initiatives.- manage influencer contracts, budgets, and performance agreements, ensuring all contractual obligations are fulfilled on time
