who are we looking for?
our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic marketing manager with a strong digital background to join their team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in handling government and private sector projects, exceptional communication skills, and a proven ability to develop and execute comprehensive communication and digital strategies. This role requires a deep understanding of the saudi market and culture.
minimum requirements
* bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
* 8 years of experience working in similar roles.
* proven experience as a marketing manager, particularly in the digital marketing space.
* extensive knowledge working on government and private sector projects.
* strong understanding of the saudi market and culture; fluency in arabic is required.
* excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful marketing and communication strategies.
* strong client servicing skills and experience managing client relationships.
* proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, seo, sem, email marketing, and analytics.
* ability to think strategically and creatively, with a results-oriented approach.
* saudi nationals are preferred; however, arab candidates with a deep understanding of saudi culture are also encouraged to apply.
* experience in leading a team and managing cross-functional projects.

* lead and oversee the development of content, including digital content, social media posts, email campaigns, and website updates.
* monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives, providing detailed reports and insights to senior management.
* foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional client servicing and satisfaction.
* stay abreast of industry trends, digital marketing tools, and emerging technologies to bring innovative ideas to the team.
* coordinate with various internal departments to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts.
* manage and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
