tasks & responsabilities
hr administration
1. manage the administrative execution of all changes throughout the entire employee life cycle, including hiring, promotions, transfers, and terminations.
2. independently create and manage hr-related documents, such as employment contracts, contract amendments, certificates, compensation adjustments, and job function changes. Ensure all necessary signatures are obtained.
3. provide comprehensive administrative support to employees and managers on all matters related to their employment, including onboarding, offboarding, and any life situations impacting their work relationship.
4. liaise with local administration for all related legal compulsory declarations.
5. ensure legal and company reportings.
recruitment support
1. post job openings on various platforms and assist with candidate screening.
2. schedule interviews and coordinate recruitment efforts with hiring managers.
3. support the creation of job descriptions and maintain an updated list of open positions.
payroll and benefits administration
1. prepare and coordinate payroll processes, acting as the key liaison with our payroll provider to ensure accurate and timely payroll execution.
2. handle employee inquiries related to salary, overtime, and deductions.
3. maintain bamboo up to date.
profile required
educational background
1. bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
2. 4 to 5 years of experience in an hr administrative role.
professional background
1. experience working in an international environment is an advantage.
